§1 Scope of Application

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all agreements between StelloTV (hereinafter "Provider," "we," or "us") and customers (hereinafter "Customer," "you") regarding the use of our IPTV service. Any deviating terms of the Customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree in writing to their applicability.

StelloTV is a premium IPTV service provider featuring Mine IPTV and SilkiPTV dual technology. Our service includes access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and other digital services via our best quality server. We offer StelloTV with 25,000+ channels and 80,000+ VOD titles in 4K/8K quality. One-time payment, no hidden fees – that's our promise.

§2 Conclusion of the Agreement

The presentation of our StelloTV plans on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the Customer to submit an offer. By ordering a subscription via WhatsApp or email, the Customer makes a binding offer to enter into an agreement. The agreement is concluded when we expressly accept the offer, which occurs by sending the login credentials via WhatsApp or email.

The contract text is not stored by us and is therefore not accessible to the Customer. However, the Customer can view their order details via the order confirmation via WhatsApp and email. Trust, support, satisfaction – that's the StelloTV difference.

§3 Services and Prices

Our StelloTV IPTV subscriptions include access to a large number of live television channels, video-on-demand content, and other digital services. The exact content of the service can be found in the product description on our website or in the communication via WhatsApp for your StelloTV.

The prices listed on our website at the time of ordering apply. All prices are in US Dollars ($) including applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices apply to the selected subscription period (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). The subscription does not automatically renew after the agreed term. The service ends automatically after the booked term. One-time payment, no hidden fees – what you see is what you pay.

Current StelloTV pricing (as of May 21, 2026): 3 months $24.99, 6 months $39.99, 12 months $59.99, 24 months $119.99. For multi-device subscriptions (2-5 devices), adjusted prices apply according to our price list on the website. One-time payment, no hidden fees.

§4 Payment Terms

Payment of the agreed one-time price is due after the conclusion of the agreement. The Customer can choose from the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). Payment processing takes place via certified third parties. We do not store the Customer's credit card or bank details.

The StelloTV IPTV service is activated after receipt of payment. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to refuse the service or terminate the agreement. The Customer is responsible for reporting a failed payment. No hidden fees – ever.

§5 Activation and Login Credentials

After successful payment, the Customer will receive their login credentials (Xtream Codes: Server URL, Username, Password) within 5 minutes via WhatsApp or email. The Customer is obliged to treat the login credentials confidentially and protect them from access by third parties. In the event of loss or misuse of the login credentials, the Customer is obliged to notify us immediately. In that case, we will provide new login credentials for StelloTV.

Each StelloTV subscription is intended for a specific number of devices (1-5). Simultaneous use on more than the booked number of devices is not permitted and may lead to blocking of access. Our best quality server ensures optimal performance for your devices.

§6 Usage Conditions

The Customer is entitled to use the StelloTV IPTV service exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, in particular the public display of the service in business premises, hotels, restaurants, or similar establishments, is prohibited without our express written consent.

The Customer is not authorized to pass on the login credentials to third parties or to make the service available to third parties. Distributing, recording, or making public content from the StelloTV service is prohibited. In the event of violation of these usage conditions, we reserve the right to block access to the service without prior notice and to terminate the agreement extraordinarily. In this case, no refund of already paid amounts will be made. StelloTV trusts our customers to respect these terms.

Important notice: Sharing your StelloTV account with persons outside your household or reselling access to our service is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund. One-time payment, no hidden fees – but please respect our fair use policy.

§7 Availability and Liability

We strive for the highest possible availability of our StelloTV service at 99.9% of the time. However, technical failures, maintenance work, force majeure, and problems with the Customer's internet connection may lead to temporary restrictions. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via WhatsApp or on the website if possible.

We are fully liable for damages resulting from death, personal injury, or health damage caused by an unintentional or intentional breach of duty, as well as for damages resulting from a breach of essential contractual obligations. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability for data loss is limited to the typical recovery costs. Liability for indirect damage or loss of profit is excluded. StelloTV's best quality server is designed for maximum reliability.

§8 Term and Termination

The agreement runs for the minimum term chosen by the Customer (3, 6, 12, or 24 months) and ends automatically after this term. There is no automatic renewal. After the minimum term, the Customer can extend their StelloTV subscription by placing a new order. One-time payment, no hidden fees – you're never locked into automatic renewals.

The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Good cause exists in particular if the Customer violates the usage conditions, passes on the login credentials to third parties, or misuses the StelloTV service.

§9 Right of Withdrawal and Refund

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in applicable consumer protection laws. Since StelloTV IPTV subscriptions are digital services that are provided immediately after the conclusion of the agreement, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that the Customer has expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the end of the withdrawal period. StelloTV obtains this express consent before concluding the agreement.

§10 Data Protection

§11 Prohibited Content and Conduct

The Customer agrees not to use the StelloTV service for unlawful purposes or to transmit content that:

§12 Fair Use Policy

StelloTV uses proprietary Mine IPTV and SilkiPTV dual streaming technology. These systems are continuously updated to provide the best possible viewing experience. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve these technologies without prior notice to ensure optimal performance on our best quality server.

§14 One-Time Payment, No Hidden Fees Guarantee

StelloTV guarantees that all prices displayed are final. There are no activation fees, no equipment rental fees, no DVR fees, no premium channel surcharges, and no surprise renewal fees. The one-time payment you make covers your entire subscription period. If you ever encounter an unexpected charge, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp – we will resolve it promptly.

§15 Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer at least 30 days before they become effective via email or WhatsApp. If the Customer does not agree to the changed terms, they have the right to terminate the agreement effective as of the date the changes become effective. The right to terminate the agreement without notice remains unaffected. Changes that are legally required or that are solely for the benefit of the Customer will become effective immediately.

§16 Governing Law

All legal relations between StelloTV and the Customer are exclusively subject to the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal laws of the United States of America, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The application of other legal systems is excluded.

§17 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of our jurisdiction in Granville, Ohio.

§18 Final Provisions

If one or more provisions of these Terms of Service are invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the statutory provision that most closely corresponds to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.

The English version of these Terms of Service is the only authentic version. In the event of translations into other languages, the English version is binding.
