If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount that is in proportion to what has been provided up to the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this agreement, in comparison with the full coverage of the agreement. When purchasing a StelloTV subscription, you expressly confirm before registration that you consent to the immediate start of the service and that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires after full performance of the agreement. Therefore, after full activation of your StelloTV subscription (provision of login credentials), no withdrawal is possible.
